Wilden has designed its Advanced Series metal Air-Operated Double-Diaphragm (AODD) pumps to provide superior product containment and improved energy efficiency in a variety of oil and gas transfer applications.

Advanced Series metal pumps feature a bolted configuration that ensures product containment while their optimized liquid path reduces internal friction, which maximizes output and efficiency. These pumps also meet or exceed the latest certifications to meet any processing need within the oil and gas industry, including UL, CSA, and ATEX.

Advanced Series metal pumps offer Wilden’s Pro-Flo X Air-Distribution System (ADS). The Pro-Flo X ADS offers operational flexibility during oil and gas applications through its Efficiency Management System (EMS), which optimizes the Pro-Flo X ADS for actual operation parameters regardless of application demands or pump size. The result is higher performance, lower operational costs, and performance flexibility. To see first-hand what kind of energy savings the Pro-Flo X ADS can provide an actual application, visit the “See More Green” website at www.wildenpump.com/seemoregreen.

Advanced Series metal pumps come in five sizes from 6 to 76 mm (1/4" to 3"). These pumps feature flow rates to 1,021 lpm (270 gpm) and can handle solids to 76 mm (3"). Pumps are offered in aluminum, stainless steel, and alloy C materials of construction. A variety of elastomer options, including PTFE, enable them to meet abrasion, temperature, and chemical-compatibility concerns.
