Gamajet Cleaning Systems has promoted Tadd Wolff from Sanitary Division manager to vice-president of distributor relations. Wolff brings with him 15 years of experience working with both customers and distributors, two of which were at Gamajet.

OPW Fueling Components announced that Jay Mutina has been appointed Southeast district sales manager. He will replace Parrish Evans, who was promoted to Eastern regional sales manager in 2010. Mutina has served as OPW Southwest district sales manager for the past 10 years. Jeffrey Steel has joined the company as Northeast district sales manager, replacing David Gillispie, who is retiring after 23 years of service to OPW. Steel previously served as strategic account manager at Crompco LLC, Plymouth Meeting PA. Josh Vander Hey has joined OPW as Southwest district sales manager, replacing Mutina. Vander Hey served most recently as senior compensation analyst for Los Angeles-based Towers Watson.

Quality Trailer Products, a division of Polar Corporation, has named Chris Dietemann general manager of the company's leaf spring manufacturing operation in Seagoville TX. His past roles have included positions in sales, marketing, and supply chain functions for GFRC Gladding Systems LLC and Cartucho Holding Ltd.

NationaLease has selected its 2011 board of directors to serve a two-year term. Bill Hicks of FirstLease Inc, Norcross GA, serves as board chairman. New to the board are Bobbie Sue Beasley, president and chief operating officer of Carco NationaLease, Fort Smith AR; Matthew Cummings, president of Cummings Leasing Inc, Pompano Beach FL; and David Renz, president of Northview Consulting, who is serving as director-at-large on the board. Also serving are Doug Clark, chief executive officer of NationaLease, Oakbrook Terrace IL; Fred Bentley of Bentley Truck Services Inc, Philadelphia, PA serving as treasurer; Tom Bylenga of Star Truck Rentals, Grand Rapids MI; Paul DeCarolis of DeCarolis Truck Rental Inc, Rochester NY; Tom Keefer of Kris-Way Truck Leasing Inc, South Portland MA; William Ilett, an industry consultant and director-at-large; and Justin Johnston of Suppose U Drive NationaLease, Glendale CA, who serves as vice-chairman of the board.

J J Keller & Associates Inc announced that Department of Transportation and fleet safety subject matter expert Ray Guest has joined its organization as a safety consultant. He previously worked as the fleet safety manager for a heavy civil construction contractor operating in 25 states with a private fleet of 425 CMVs.

Dick Landis, president and chief executive officer of Heavy Vehicle Electronic License Plate Inc (HELP), has announced he will retire in July 2011. HELP is the public-private partnership that provides PrePass and other intelligent transportation services for commercial vehicle operators. Landis has been with the organization since December 1993. HELP's board of directors is interviewing search firms and will select one to assist in a nationwide search for a successor.
