Scott Davis has joined Heil Trailer International as strategic sourcing manager, a newly created position, effective September 1, 2010. He will be working out of the Global Support Center in Athens TN, reporting to Cory Gerlach, director of global supply chain. Davis previously worked for Denso Manufacturing in Maryville TN as production control, procurement, and logistics supervisor.

Wilden, an operating company within Dover Corporation's Pump Solutions Group (PSG), announced that Rob Guertin has been promoted to marketing manager. In this position, he will report to Walter Bonnett, PSG's vice-president of global marketing. Guertin comes to his new position after spending the past 24 years with Wilden, most recently as PSG's research marketing manager.

Polar Tank Trailer LLC announced that David Carrier has been named director of Canadian sales and operations and will report to Randy Arlt, Polar president. Carrier has more than 25 years of experience in the tank and dry bulk trailer sector, most recently as Calgary branch manager with Advance Engineered Products.

Ridewell Suspensions has named Gary Tombridge as quality director. The Springfield MO native developed his 20-plus years of experience in quality management and manufacturing quality control in Dayton OH and Tulsa OK before returning to Springfield in 1997 to raise his family.

Ryder System Inc has selected Keyvan Bohlooli to serve as senior vice-president and chief information officer. He will replace Kevin Bott, who will be retiring after a 15-year career with Ryder. Bohlooli joins the firm after more than 20 years with NextEra Energy Inc (formerly FPL Group), where he most recently served as vice-president of information management of NextEra Energy Resources.

TMW Systems has named Mike Nalepka vice-president, eastern regional sales. With more than 20 years of experience in enterprise content management and transportation system sales, he most recently was vice-president of fleet imaging solutions at DriverTech.

GreenRoad has hired Thomas R Ness as vice-president, corporate and strategic sales. With more than 15 years of sales and customer experience in the telematics industry, he served the past three years as vice-president of corporate and strategic sales at Trimble Navigation.

SleepSafe Drivers Inc, a national provider of sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment programs for the transportation industry, announced that John Hill, former Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration administrator, has joined the company as a senior advisor for regulatory affairs. With more than 20 years of commercial vehicle enforcement and regulatory experience, he previously served as FMCSA's chief safety officer and assistant administrator.
