Greg Casey has joined Heil Trailer International as manager of human resources for the Gatesville TX location. With more than 10 years of business experience and five years in HR leadership roles, he will report to Rich Strickland, vice-president-human resources. Tom Hack has joined Heil Trailer as a supervisor for the Rhome TX location. With more than 10 years of manufacturing and quality experience in the automotive industry, he will report to James Means, Rhome manufacturing facility plant manager.

OPW Fueling Components, a Dover Company, announces that Phil Carlin will take over responsibility for OPW Latin America. He will do this in addition to his current role as general manager of OPW's Fuel Management Systems business unit based in Hodgkins IL. Fernando Whitaker, managing director of OPW Latin America, will continue to manage day-to-day operations of OPW's manufacturing facility in Brazil and OPW's team throughout Latin America. Whitaker will report directly to Carlin.

Flint Hills Resources appointed Edward McKinley plant manager for its Joliet (Channahon) and Peru chemical operations. He has more than 25 years of experience in chemical plant operations, most recently as site director for Celanese Corporation at its chemicals and polymer plant in Bishop TX. Mark Condon, Flint Hills' previous plant manager, was promoted to a new companywide role.

Ed Mansell has joined MAC Trailer as director of engineering. With 20 years' experience in engineering and manufacturing cargo tank trailers and pressure vessels, he previously served with Polar Tank Trailer as chief engineer/director of engineering for 10 years.

Herb Broadmeadow was recently named vice-president of national accounts for Volvo Trucks North America. During his 34-year career with the firm, he has held various sales positions, including vice-president of the southwestern US region and director of national accounts. He will continue to be based at Greensboro NC. Volvo Trucks has named Terry Billings vice-president of US dealer sales. He has served with the company 27 years, most recently as director of commercial management. Billings will remain at Volvo Trucks' North American headquarters in Greensboro.

Werts Welding & Tank Service has hired Mike Evans for its outside sales team responsible for several states in the US heartland. He has more than 20 years of tank parts sales experience. The firm also appointed Andrew Ricci as an outside salesman for the Des Moines IA branch and the Northwestern and Western states. Ricci previously worked for a major tank trailer manufacturer for 13 years. Werts also hired Josh Rule for its outside sales team handling the Atlanta GA branch. He worked the past five years for a major tank trailer manufacturer in the Southeast.
