Polar Corporation appointed Michael Evans president of Polar Service Centers, one of three companies under the Polar Corp umbrella. Evans, who replaces Craig Fisher, joins the company after serving as vice-president, aftermarket for Oshkosh Commercial Group in Dodge Center MN.
OPW Fuel Management Systems, a business unit of OPW Fueling Components, has named Joe Dowling engineering manager, product development. Prior to joining OPW, he was product line manager at MITEQ/MCL Inc in Bolingbrook IL and also served with Invensys Corporation, Carol Stream IL, as a program manager.
Gregory M Feary has been elected president of the law firm of Scopelitis, Garvin, Light & Hanson PC, where he also serves as a managing partner. He joined the firm in 1988 and became a partner in 1992.
Rand McNally announced that Jim Rodi has joined the firm as senior vice-president of mobile communications. He spent the past 11 years at Qualcomm, most recently as vice-president of sales and marketing for the company's FleetRisk Advisors.
