Reyco Granning has made The Universal Group, headquartered in Pennsauken NJ, its newest authorized aftermarket distributor. The Universal Group has more than 25 years servicing the light-, medium-, and heavy-duty truck, trailer, and motorhome markets.

“The strong relationships that The Universal Group has built with service centers across the United States made it an ideal company for Reyco Granning to partner with for our aftermarket distribution,” said Steve Denny, Reyco Granning’s vice-president of aftermarket.

According to Denny, his company’s aftermarket focus historically has been on master distributors and OEMs that dealt primarily with dealers or wholesalers or those with their own retail or service center locations.

“We were looking for a partner who could provide the same access to genuine Reyco parts for spring shops and other independent service centers,” said Denny. “The Universal Group has distinguished itself as a prime distributor in the markets it serves.

“Another area in which we are looking to increase our aftermarket distribution is in our medium-duty and specialty markets,” he said. “The Universal Group’s structure will allow for our partnership to grow as we enhance our medium-duty truck, auxiliary axle, and motorhome offerings.”
