The newly formed Chemical Division of Eagle Transport Corp has received the Eastman Supplier Excellence Award or ESEP in recognition of Outstanding Quality Performance. Eagle’s Kingsport operation was one of a few carriers to win this distinction in a recent ceremony held at Eastman’s headquarters in Kingsport, TN.
Eagle Transport launched its chemical hauling division in late 2011 and currently is running 24 sleeper tractors and 40 chemical trailers in that operation. Eagle Transport operates 22 terminals in the Eastern United States with plans to use its existing terminal infrastructure to offer services to the US chemical industry
