Haldex, a global manufacturer of air brake systems for trucks, trailers and buses, has received PACCAR’s 2014 50 PPM Quality Award.
Haldex earned the award by meeting PACCAR’s expectation that supplier parts and components achieve 50 PPM or better quality. Since customer satisfaction is the final measure of quality; warranty and timely delivery are also a consideration for the award. As part of the award, Haldex will be added to the list of 2014 50 PPM suppliers displayed in PACCAR locations and hosted on PACCAR’s website, www.PACCAR.com.
PACCAR said that throughout the world, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and DAF trucks have earned a reputation for unsurpassed quality. Much of the credit for this success goes to PACCAR suppliers like Haldex, that meet or exceed PACCAR’s quality expectations.
