Blackmer TX Series pumps featured at 30th Annual NTTC Show

Oct. 15, 2013

Blackmer, a global leader in positive displacement and centrifugal pump, and reciprocating compressor technologies, will be exhibiting in Booth 330 at the National Tank Truck Carriers’ (NTTC) 30th Annual Tank Truck Show & Maintenance Seminar, which will be held from October 28-30 at the Reliant Center in Houston TX. Blackmer will feature its highly reliable, durable and efficient TX Series Sliding Vane Pumps.

Blackmer recently launched a new video that evaluates its TX Series Sliding Vane Pumps versus imitation or “knockoff” versions in a variety of lab tests. The results of these lab tests can be viewed on Blackmer’s YouTube channel (www.youtube.com/BlackmerGlobal) by searching for “TX versus Knockoffs.”

TX Series pumps feature Blackmer’s unique sliding vane design that self-adjusts for wear and maintains desired flow rates, while providing excellent self-priming and dry-run capabilities. The mechanical seal and ball-bearing construction provide maximum reliability while the symmetrical bearing support assures even loading and wear. Blackmer backs its TX Series pumps with a five-year Standard Warranty, and a two-year Performance Assurance.

Blackmer TX Series pumps are available in 1.5-, 2-, 2.5-, 3- and 4-inch port sizes with flow rates from 10 to 500 gallons per minute and pressures up to 125 psi. A variety of options, including buna or PTFE O-rings, pneumatic relief valves, hydraulic motor adapters and strainers are available.
