Williams Energy Partners LP, Tulsa OK, announced that it completed purchasing two petroleum terminal facilities in Little Rock AR from TransMontaigne Inc, Denver CO, for $29 million. The Little Rock facility has a 428,000-barrel storage capacity and handles primarily gasoline and diesel.
With this acquisition, Williams Energy has 26 inland storage terminals. Among other assets are four marine terminals and an ammonia pipeline system.
