The assets of Kleespie Tank & Petroleum Equipment Inc, Morris MN, have been sold to WestMor Industries LLC, an investment group, according to Paul Olson, WestMor president.
Kleespie manufactures petroleum and liquid handling equipment and services, including propane, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen tank trailers.
The sale took effect Sept 7, 2001.
