A week-long presentation of topics of interest to the tank truck industry are scheduled for the National Tank Truck Carriers Cleaning and Environmental meeting April 2-3 and the Safety Council meeting April 4-

A week-long presentation of topics of interest to the tank truck industry are scheduled for the National Tank Truck Carriers Cleaning and Environmental meeting April 2-3 and the Safety Council meeting April 4-5, both at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in New Orleans LA.

The Cleaning and Environmental Council meeting will include discussions and presentations, including:

•Environmental Regulatory Update by Bill McNutt.

•OSHA Legal Issues by Marcel Debruge and Turner Williams of Burr and Forman LLP.

•Roundtable Interactive Discussion on revisions to the 2003 NTTC Tank Cleaning Audit Form, Karen Saucier, council chairperson and NTTC Staff

•The Paperless Tank Wash Shop: Advances in Technology, J Xavier Olivo, TMT Software.

•Update on foodgrade tank wash cleaning study, Paul Winniczuk, University of Florida.

•Panel discussion, Considerations When Directly Discharging to a Municipal Facility, Andrew Woods, Bulk Transportation and Ed Matlage, Miller Transporters.

•Security: From Producer to Processor and The Implications for a Tank Wash, Fred Payne, University of Kentucky.
