Tainted spillage from surge is no longer a compromise to safe venting. Created to increase product security for liquid food haulers, Hills Stainless Steel Inc's check valve assembly is easily installed underneath the 3-A Double Acting Olson Vent. It prevents leakage from surge while simultaneously letting the tank vent to atmospheric conditions during normal use. This saves the hauler expenses for cleanup and contamination. Insect attraction to spills is also minimized.

Eliminating spill dams can now be an option for some haulers, saving the hauler the initial expense of the spill dam.

The certified Anti-Surge Check Valve and 3-A Double-Acting Olson Vent put together are called the Certified Triple-Acting Vent Assembly. This assembly is constructed with stainless steel and 3-A foodgrade-approved plastics. Components are designed to be disassembled and cleaned with ease. A 3“ 13H plastic nut is sold separately.
