TMW Systems Inc has acquired TMT Software Co, a provider of transportation fleet maintenance software. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
This acquisition of TMT increases TMW's size to more than 1,500 total customers and drives annual revenues in excess of $56 million. Together, the two companies share more than 235 customers.
Combination of the two companies will give fleet operators of all sizes and in every segment improved access to fleet maintenance software. This follows TMW's strategic objective of simplifying operations by continually providing greater integration of business functions. The combined entity will have more than 325 employees.
