TMW Systems and Microdea have signed a strategic alliance agreement for TMW to resell a new co-branded version of Microdea's document management software systems called TMW-Synergize.
TMW will offer Microdea's enterprise document management and workflow systems to complement its strong enterprise transportation software applications, with a special focus on business process improvement and automation. The new TMW-Synergize system will be unique in the depth of integration and value to the TMW Systems software offering, adding a strong return on investment (ROI) component for customers. TMW will also continue to develop, support, and enhance both its existing imaging product as well as the integrations to other partner imaging systems.
