ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business has appointed Todd Kindem director of sales and marketing-North America. He was most recently the director-global sales, heavy vehicle with Dana Corp's Heavy Vehicle Technologies and Systems Service business unit. Kindem will be based in CVA's Florence KY Parts Distribution Center and executive offices. Ed Frutig has been named vice-president and general manager of the CVA's Light Vehicle Systems (LVS) Chassis Systems. He most recently served as vice-president of global sales and engineering at Cooper-Standard Automotive. ArvinMeritor announced that Rakesh Sachdev has been named president of Asia Pacific, effective immediately. Sachdev most recently served as senior vice-president of strategy and corporate development for the firm.
Midland Manufacturing, a division of OPW Fluid Transfer Group has appointed Vladimir Tsimberg supply chain manager. Before joining Midland, Tsimberg was materials and purchasing manager in the Senior Operations, Automotive, and OEM Divisions for Bartlett IL-based Senior Flexonics.
Sean Coleman has returned from Hendrickson corporate sales to Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems as director of program management. A 13-year veteran of Hendrickson, he served as director of truck OEM sales the past three years. Rick Johnson recently assumed duties as director-information technology for the company and will be based at the Woodridge IL facility. He joined Hendrickson as e-business manager in 2005.

Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC has promoted John Allgaier to director of corporate accounts. Before his promotion, he was a national accounts manager for Bendix.
