Heil Trailer International (HTI) has reorganized its engineering and sales teams. Scott Swenson and Tom Grein, HTI Domestic Business Unit general managers, were named co-directors of HTI's global engineering. Ben Ubamadu was appointed global quality and engineering system director.

Trail King Industries Inc has hired Phil Riley as national sales manager. He has been associated with the transportation industry for more than 22 years, with 16-plus years in the trailer manufacturing industry.

Allan Paaren has joined Advance Engineered Products Ltd as vice-president in charge of eastern Canadian operations. He has years of experience in the bulk transport equipment business and will be based in Concord, Ontario.

Arsenault Associates has expanded operations with the opening of a Midwest regional sales office in Chicago IL, and David R Hooyer has been named regional account manager for the new office. He has 20 years of sales management, technology, and entrepreneurial experience.

Toyo Tire (USA) Corp has appointed Lowell Slimp as truck tire sales manager for the central United States. He returns to Toyo after spending six years at Continental Tire as a commercial products manager.

First Fleet Corp has promoted Patrick Devine to vice-president — finance. He joined the company in 2003 as corporate controller.

FleetNet America Inc has hired Ronnie Moss as fleet manager. He has more than 20 years of maintenance work experience in maintenance field, with 10 years of hands-on mechanical experience.

Darren Hackney has been hired as an account manager for Mitchell 1's recently created Commercial Vehicle Group and will be based at Kansas City KS. He previously served as one of nearly 200 independent sales representatives used by Mitchell 1.
