Rick Connelly has rejoined Polar Tank Trailer LLC as vice-president — market and product development. He has more than 25 years of tank transport manufacturing industry experience, serving in engineering, sales, and management. Connelly will be based at the Opole MN facility.
Ron Parrott has joined Qualawash as regional vice-president for the Gulf of Mexico region. He will reside in the Houston TX area and have his base office at Qualawash — Houston. Most recently, Parrott served as manager of maintenance for Transport Service's chemical fleet.
Freightliner LLC has named Brian Mooers general manager of the company's Portland OR truck manufacturing plant, effective April 1, 2003. He is currently Freightliner Group's GM of procurement and supply. Friedrich Baumann will replace him in that capacity. Mooers succeeds Carsten Reinhardt, who was recently named chief executive officer of Detroit Diesel Co, Freightliner's sister company.
Titan Industries has promoted Fran Wilson to customer service manager. Wilson previously served as a customer service representative in the company's South Gate CA office.
Terry M Endsley has been named vice-president and treasurer of both Navistar International Corp and its operating company, International Truck and Engine Corp. Endsley succeeds Thomas M Hough, who was named to the newly created position of vice-president — strategic initiatives. Hough had been vice-president and treasurer of Navistar and its operating company since October 1992. Endsley had been assistant treasurer of Navistar International Corp since 1997.
Robert F Dubsky has been promoted to president of Hadley Products. He previously served as vice-president of sales and marketing.
Cummins Inc has appointed Jill Cook vice-president — human resources. She formerly served as executive director — human resources for the company. Cummins also has promoted Ravi Venkatesan, previously managing director — India, to vice-president — India.
GE I-Sim has named Brian Runkle as its chief executive officer. He comes to GE I-Sim from the GE Commercial Equipment Financing unit, where he was previously CEO of GE Machine Tool Services.
