John M Boler is taking on the duties of president and chief executive officer of The Boler Co and will continue as chairman of the board.

John M Boler is taking on the duties of president and chief executive officer of The Boler Co and will continue as chairman of the board. Reporting to him will be James Colley, vice-president-finance and treasury, and Nancy B Coons, vice-president-administration. Gary Gertenslager, general manager of Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems, has been promoted to president and chief operating officer- Hendrickson Operations. John H Walker, former president; Keith D Stephenson, former chief development officer; and Robert Micchelli, former vice-president-finance and IT, have left The Boler Co.

Markus Stehle was named president of DaimlerChrysler Commercial Vehicles Mexico, which includes Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Sterling. He previously served with Mercedes-Benz operations in Turkey.

OPW Fluid Transfer Group, a part of Dover Corp, has appointed Gary Schriever market manager-biofuels. He has been with the OPW Fluid Transfer Group for more than six years and most recently was the industrial product manager at OPW Engineered Systems.

Dana Corp has named Randy Jarvis as general sales manager for original equipment service customers. He will also manage the Dana/Eaton Roadranger Marketing relationship for the Dana service parts business. Jarvis recently was sales manager for the ride and control products within the Heavy Vehicle Technologies and Systems Service division.

Freightliner LLC has appointed Friedrich Baumann president of Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing. His most recent role was general manager of purchasing and supply for Freightliner. Baumann succeeds Jim Morrow, who chose to retire after nearly 40 years with Detroit Diesel.

Klean Wash Inc has appointed Ed Bryson general manager of the Tank Wash Division and Rick White lead operations manager.

Navistar International Corp has appointed John P Waldron vice-president and corporate controller. Waldron, who will be elected an officer of the company and will serve as principal accounting officer, replaces James A Blanda, who has served as interim controller since April 2006. Waldron joins Navistar from RR Donnelley & Sons Co, where he served as vice-president and assistant corporate controller.

Yokohama Tire Corp has hired Michael Baggett as Eastern OTR sales manager and promoted Tim Easter to national OTR fleet and OEM manager. Baggett, who will operate out of Santa Rosa FL, has more than 30 years of OTR experience. Easter, a seven-year veteran with Yokohama, has more than 15 years of OTR experience and will continue to operate out of Milton WV.
