David L Plaster has returned to Hendrickson International, Trailer Suspension Systems, as marketing director. Plaster joined Hendrickson as marketing

David L Plaster has returned to Hendrickson International, Trailer Suspension Systems, as marketing director. Plaster joined Hendrickson as marketing coordinator in 1994 and became district sales manager before going to Volvo Trucks North America in 1998. He comes to Hendrickson from Michelin North America, where he was a senior sales executive. Steve Kiefer has assumed duties as director of marketing for Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems while continuing to oversee program management, sales engineering, and technical services with the firm.

Dixon Valve & Coupling has appointed Joseph Dawson vice-president — marketing and business development. He previously served as national sales manager, a job Dixon has named Scott Jones to fill. Jones most recently was northeast regional manager.

Bradford has appointed Steve Guskey applications engineer. He has held positions in the industrial and municipal markets with emphasis on water and wastewater systems.

Holland USA, a division of the The Holland Group, has added Ron Froese as manager — truck OEM business development. He comes to Holland USA from Volvo Trucks North America, where he served most recently as manager — dealer business performance development for the North American Institute. Holland USA has named Chuck Jeary technical sales/service representative. He moves from Holland Canada, where he was warranty and technical services manager.

Tuthill Transport Technologies has named Debbie Moneypenny marketing coordinator. She served 10 years at Tuthill's Grimsby Ontario, site, most recently as sales coordinator.

Todd Manson has joined Webb Wheel Products in the newly created position of vice-president — aftermarket sales. Before joining Webb, he most recently served as director of international parts/national sales manager for Paccar Parts, a division of Paccar.

Scopelitis, Garvin, Light & Hanson has added attorneys Leonard R Kofkin, Donald J Vogel, and Sara L “Sari” Pettinger to its Chicago IL office. This new labor and employment group comes to Scopelitis from the Chicago office of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, a regional law firm, where they served as partners.

Lee J Grant has been named assistant vice-president of the Fuels and Lubricants Research Division at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI). Grant was previously director of the Fuels and Lubricants Research Department.
