Scott Fulton recently assumed duties as director of product development and Matt Van Meter as director of product validation for Hendrickson Trailer Suspension Systems. A 14-year veteran of Hendrickson, Fulton most recently served as on-highway program manager in marketing. Promoted from the post of research and development manager, Van Meter is a nine-year Hendrickson employee. Curt Wagner has assumed duties as director of marketing for Hendrickson Auxiliary Axle Systems. He transitioned into his new role from the post of account manager representing all Hendrickson divisions to Volvo Trucks and Mack Trucks Inc.

Wolfgang Winzer has joined Webb Wheel Products as the new president of the company's Aftermarket Business Unit. He comes to Webb from Siemens VDO Automotive Corp, North America, where he most recently was vice-president and general manager of its Public Transport Telematics Business Unit.

ArvinMeritor's Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business has appointed Amelia Quelas vice-president and general manager of the Trailers Group. Most recently, she was responsible for Freightliner's sales and marketing efforts in Mexico and Latin America.

Phillips Industries has hired Doug Noyes as general manager, Commercial Vehicle Products. Noyes, with more than 23 years of operations and design engineering experience, came to Phillips from Cannon Equipment, where he was responsible for operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, the warehouse, and all production activities.

HELP Inc, the public-private partnership that provides PrePass weigh station e-clearance service, elected these officers to two-year terms: Chairman — Joe Hill, Illinois Department of Transportation, Springfield IL; Vice-Chairman — Larry Davis, Ohio Trucking Association, Columbus OH; and Secretary/Treasurer — John Prather, Groendyke Transportation, El Dorado KS. Elected to one-year terms were these members at large: Mike Akridge, Florida DOT, Tallahassee FL; Rick Clasby, Utah DOT, Salt Lake City UT; Dan Frieden, Venture Logistics Inc, Indianapolis IN; Gary Okes, Estes Express, Richmond VA; and Steve Vaughn, California Highway Patrol, Sacramento CA.
