The Holland Group has appointed Richard W Muzzy Jr chairman of the board of directors. Formerly president and chief executive officer of the Holland Group, Muzzy remains CEO. Samuel A Martin, formerly executive vice-president, has become president and chief administrative officer of the Holland Group. He previously served as executive vice-president. The group has promoted Doug Dorn to truck OEM account manager. He most recently was the fifthwheel PMT product marketing manager.
Reinke Mfg Co has appointed Bryan Yielding director of trailer/chassis engineering. He previously served as a chief engineer.
Stephen F Page has been named to Paccar Inc's board of directors effective Sept 21, 2004. He was vice-chairman and chief financial officer and a director of United Technologies Corp until his retirement in April 2004.
Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC, a new joint venture between Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Dana Corp, has appointed Bill Mossing assistant general manager. He will join Kishor Pendse, president of the new business. Mossing most recently served as director of operations for Dana's Commercial Vehicle Systems division. Pendse most recently served as vice president and general manager of the Bendix wheel-end business team.
