Blackmer has appointed Judith “Judy” Bland vice-president — operations, North America. She will serve at the company's Grand Rapids MI facility and will report directly to President Carmine Bosco. Most recently, Bland was responsible for leading operations for a manufacturer of gear pumps, lobe pumps, gear reducers, strainers, controllers, and pump systems.
Reinke Mfg Inc has hired Russ Reinke as vice-president of manufacturing. The son of company founder Richard Reinke, he has served as a member of the Reinke Mfg board of directors for more than 20 years. He previously served as plant manager with Ipsco Tubulars Inc.
