Watts comes to Heil from another Dover company, Chief Automotive of Grand Island NE, where he was vice-president of operations both in the United States and Europe. Robinson has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience. Heil has promoted Andy Fincher to vice-president — sales and marketing. He most recently served as director of marketing.
