Dover Resources, a division of Dover Corp, has promoted David Crouse to president of its OPW Fluid Transfer Group. He will take over for John Anderson, who is retiring as the group's president

Dover Resources, a division of Dover Corp, has promoted David Crouse to president of its OPW Fluid Transfer Group. He will take over for John Anderson, who is retiring as the group's president, a position he has held since the group was formed in 1998. Since January 2005, Crouse has been president of OPW Fuel Management Systems, based in Chicago IL.

OPW Engineered Systems, a division of OPW Fluid Transfer Group, has appointed Jeff Reichert director-quality and productivity. Before joining OPW Engineered Systems, he was a general manager for a division of the Fairfield OH-based Finn Corp.

Joe Panella has been appointed vice-president-North American sales for Haldex Commercial Vehicle Systems Division. He joins Haldex from Behr America after previous experience with ArvinMeritor, Honeywell, and Cummins.

Matt Boler has become vice-president of corporate development for The Boler Co. He returns to the firm, having formerly served as its director of strategic planning. Kurt Kern, who succeeds him as general manager of Hendrickson Bumper and Trim, was promoted from director of operations for Hendrickson Truck Suspension Systems at Woodridge IL.

Ryder System Inc has named Rosario Rizzo senior vice-president and general manager of Dedicated Contract Carriage and Todd Carter vice-president and general manager-Global Transportation Management. Rizzo previously served as vice-president of the Americas Logistics and Global Contract Logistics for APL Logistics. Carter joins Ryder from Celanese Chemicals, where he served as director-Global Supply Chain.

Reyco Granning, a commercial vehicle suspension product line of Tuthill Transport Technologies, has appointed Guy Vachon group director of marketing. Vachon comes to Reyco Granning from Hendrickson International, where he was director of aftermarket for its sales organization.

Peterson Manufacturing has appointed Jim Rowden as its new vice-president-engineering. A Peterson associate since 1996, Rowden replaces Tim Murphy, who is retiring after more than 21 years with the company. Murphy will continue as a Peterson consultant through 2007. Rowden most recently served the firm as engineering manager.

Steve Holt has been promoted to serve as Accuride Corp's senior vice-president/strategy, growth, and technology. He previously served as the company's vice-president/strategic management and CIO. Terry Neal has joined Accuride as general manager of AccuSolutions. Most recently, Neal served as division manager-operations customer cupport for Bendix LLC.

Al LaRhette has joined Ridewell Suspensions as Northeast regional sales manager. His territory includes Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, the District of Columbia, and Michigan. He has an extensive background in truck equipment and applications with almost 40 years in the industry. Jerry Steele has retired from Ridewell. He spent 14 years with the suspension manufacturer where he served as vice-president of sales and as representative for trade shows and a customer service liaison. Steele has been in the transportation industry more than 40 years, including 17 years with Trailmobile and 10 with Tri-State Motor Transit.

EnPro Industries announced that Jon Cox, currently vice-president and general manager, Garlock Klozure Dynamic Seals, has been named division president, Stemco LP. He will replace Richard Andrews, who is retiring. Andrews joined Stemco in 1996 and became president in 1998. Cox will relocate to Stemco's headquarters in Longview TX.
