Brenner Tank LLC has appointed Bruce D Yakley president and chief operating officer. Most recently, he served as vice-president and general manager of Federal Signal Inc's Refuse Vehicle Division.

Michael Fink will continue to serve as president and chief executive officer of Acme Cryogenics; however his primary focus will be on leading its newly acquired subsidiary, Medical Gas Management LLC in Oklahoma City OK. Frank Hartzell has been promoted to vice-president and chief operating officer and assumes management responsibilities for the two manufacturing facilities and the CVI Controls division in Allentown PA, the resale equipment division in Atlanta GA, and the field service divisions in Houston TX and Allentown. Jim Ciminelli has been promoted to vice-president and chief financial officer and assumes management responsibility for the Acme subsidiary, Quality Cryogenics in Jasper GA.

Volvo Financial Services announced that Martin (“Marty”) Weissburg will become president and chief executive officer of Volvo Commercial Finance (VCF), its North American captive finance company. He succeeds Jim Ryan, who is retiring. Weissburg previously was president of Great Dane Financial and a senior vice-president of Orix Financial.

Jeff Wallis has been named general manager of parts sales and marketing for Freightliner. He replaces Michele Calbi, who recently left the company to pursue other interests within the industry. Wallis comes to Freightliner from Detroit Diesel Corp, where he most recently was senior vice-president of parts, service, and customer support.

Accuride Corp has realigned its sales force. Leading the Truck OEM area is John Schneider, who was recently named vice-president of truck OEM sales. He was previously with TTI as regional director of sales. Tony Pape has joined Accuride ass vice-president of aftermarket and export sales after serving in marketing and sales capacities at ArvinMeritor. Brad Rolfe will lead the industrial sales and marketing segment at Accuride and will serve as general manager-industrial sales and marketing. He previously served in a similar role for Brillion Iron Works Inc. Oscar Rodriguez will direct Accuride's Mexican sales, while trailer, military, and RV sales will be led by Mike Brown. Greg Nelson will serve as director of Northville OEM sales.

Horton Holding Inc has hired Steve Wardleworth as vice-president of manufacturing. Most recently, he was executive director-strategic procurement and manufacturing at McQuay International, a manufacturer of HVAC products.
