SHOWTIME: That will be the call for the spouses and guests attending the tour designed for them at the National Tank Truck Carrier annual meeting. They will get a backstage tour of the Las Vegas show, Jubilee, a lavish stage presentation at Bally's where the show has been in production for 20 years.

The show includes beautiful showgirls and costumes by Bob Mackie — all a-glitter in million-dollar sets, according to information from Bally's.

NTTC spouses and guests will see how the show is produced and entertainers prepare for the show.

After the backstage tour, they will have lunch at the Le Provencal restaurant in the Paris hotel where they will enjoy French-Italian cuisine in an old European village setting. The restaurant's walls are covered with murals depicting the French countryside. The wait staff dresses in traditional French peasant garb.

Among the house specialties are the Artichoke Milanese with roast garlic fondue, Le Provencal Bouillabaisse (a shellfish stew served tableside in a large, cast-iron pot), and the fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil caprese salad.

Bally's and Paris hotels are across the street from the NTTC meeting headquarters at the Bellagio, but buses will make it easy for spouses and guests to make their way between locations.
