amrock Logistics LP, San Antonio, Texas, has announced the purchase of a refined products terminal in Southlake, Texas. Shamrock purchased the terminal from Ultramar Diamond Shamrock Corporation for $5.6 million.

Southlake terminal serves the Dallas/Fort Worth area and has connections to third-party pipelines delivering refined petroleum products from the Gulf Coast, as well as to Ultramar Diamond Shamrock's refinery located in the Texas panhandle.

date this year, the Southlake terminal has averaged over 25,000 barrels per day of volume, according to Curt Anastasio, Shamrock Logistics chief executive officer.

mrock Logistics is a master limited partnership that transports the majority of all refined products from three of Ultramar Diamond Shamrock's refineries to markets in the Mid-Continent, Southwest, and Mexico border region. In addition, Shamrock's pipelines supply crude oil to these three Ultramar refineries.
