SEVEN TANK truck carriers received awards for the quality of their safety programs. The recognition came from Great Western Insurance Co April 11 during the National Tank Truck Carriers Safety Council Seminar in San Antonio, Texas.
Carriers and safety directors recognized were A&R Transport Inc, Mike Tallaksen; Commercial Transport, Dan Athmer; and G&D Trucking, Mike Tallaksen — all platinum awards.
Manfredi Motor Transit Co, Fred Sajewski, and Iowa Tanklines, Rick George, earned gold awards.
Superior Carriers, Jeff St Pierre, garnered a silver award; and Boncosky Services Inc, John McConville, received a participatory award.
