The Council of Logistics Management (CLM) will present the Seminar of the Americas II, a two-day opportunity for participants to explore anticipated supply chain requirements and ramifications while listening to industry leaders give observations and share their experiences. “Going Beyond Local Limits” is the theme of this event, set for April 26-27, 2004, at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa in Miami FL.

Keynote presentations include:

  • Free Trade Area of the Americas, Ana Maria Fernandez-Harr, chairperson, Miami World Trade Center. She will share her perspective on theproposed FTAA.

  • Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), Dicki Lulay, President, EPC Global. Lulay will discuss her experiences and present ideas for a Pan-American market.

  • 21st Century Supply Chain Dynamics, Donald J Bowersox, PhD, Michigan State University. Bowersox will explore the driving forces behind digital business redesign cross-enterprise supply chain collaboration while discussing changes in world-class supply chain performance and practices as they relate to NAFTA, C-TPAT, and homeland security.
