PSC announces new manager, customer award program

A new customer service manager, a driver customers/dispatcher award program, and new hours for two service centers are among the latest happenings at PSC Container Services.

A new customer service manager, a driver customers/dispatcher award program, and new hours for two service centers are among the latest happenings at PSC Container Services.

Roddy Knox has joined the company's sales and marketing team as customer service manager.

The company also has developed a Driver and Dispatcher Recognition Program for July, August, and September. As a thank you for the opportunity to be of service, PSC will award $200 gift cards to five drivers and five dispatchers each of the three months. Those interested in the program can contact any PSC Service Center manager.

Meanwhile at PSC Chicago, the service center now is operating 24/7 while PSC LaPorte has extended its hours to Sundays from 8 am until 4:30 pm.
