Praxair Inc establishes new subsidiary

Praxair Inc, based in Danbury CT, has formed Praxair Services Inc as a wholly owned subsidiary, according to Praxair Inc information. The new company offers integrity assessment and control for storage tanks and piping, nitrogen and other portable gases, environmental drilling, pipeline hydro testing, and leak detection services. This consolidation follows the acquisition of Tracer Research Corp and its subsidiary Corrocon by Praxair's UCISCO business.
