PHMSA seeking comments on response guidebook

The Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) is soliciting comments on the development of the 2008 Emergency Response Guidebook, particularly from those who have experience using the 2004 guidebook during a hazardous materials incident, according to information published in the Federal Register July 19.
