Boncosky Services has named Audie Culley director of operations, John Boncosky director of sales and national accounts, and Eddie Sheppard as Gulf Coast regional manager. Culley was formerly Midwest regional manager, Boncosky was previously Gulf Coast regional manager and national accounts director, and Sheppard was formerly service center manager of Boncosky's Baton Rouge LA operation.
CTL Distribution Inc has promoted Ken Bauer to chief operating officer of the Mulberry FL-based carrier. Bauer joined the CTL management team in July 1998 as vice-president.

FIBA Technologies Inc has appointed Bob McBride general manager of its southern region, based at FIBA Testing Gulf Inc. For 15 years, he has managed regional sales activities for gas companies.
Horton Inc has promoted its upper Midwest territory manager, Jeff Lindgren, to director of field sales. Lindgren will maintain his territory management responsibilities and also will oversee all aftermarket sales activities for Horton's American and Canadian Field Sales Group.

The National Association of Chemical Distributors has appointed Christopher L Jahn vice-president — government and public affairs. Jahn has served United States Sen Craig Thomas (R-WY) since 1994 in his Capitol Hill office, most recently as legislative director.
Van Hayes, chairman of the National Industrial Transportation League (NITL), has appointed James J Capasso, the national transportation manager at Colgate-Palmolive Co, as NITL's new regional vice-president for the New York region.
