Oklahoma carrer presents driver awards

Oklahoma Tank Lines/United Petroleum Transports, Oklahoma City OK has presented its 2003 Professional Driver of the Year Award to JAMES "BUSTER" BOWHAY. He has been a driver for the company for 14 years and has accumulated over 1.6 million miles during his career.
