THE NATIONAL Tank Truck Carriers (NTTC) annual Tank Truck Cleaning and Safety meetings March 28-31 will feature topics of interest for both sectors of the industry, including legal issues, regulations, technology, and training.

The cleaning meeting begins at noon, March 28 and continues through March 29. The safety meeting opens with a reception at 6 pm March 29 and continues through March 31. A safety awards banquet beginning at 7 pm March 31 will conclude the safety meeting.

All events will be at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona.

Subjects and speakers include:

  • Recent Legal Developments with regard to Confined Space Entry, Marcel Debruge, Burr and Forman, LLP, with input from Ed Matlage, Miller Transporters Inc.

  • Environmental Regulatory Update, Joe Brown, WCM Group.
