MopClear 150, supplied by TurnKey Solutions Inc, is an oil skimming system designed to remove floating oil from machine coolants, washwater, or any small area on which oil accumulates. A polypropylene mop drops down from the unit, moves across the oil-contaminated surface, and is drawn back through the rollers, which squeezes oil from the mop. The waste oil then drains through a standard 1½" male NPT fitting to a drum or tank. This unit is equipped with a variable-speed drive and can remove up to 15 gallons/hour of oil. TurnKey also has a single speed 5-gallons/hour model. For more information, contact TurnKey, 45 Whitney Rd, Mahwah NJ 07430.
