For the 10th straight year, Jackson MS-based tank truck carrier Miller Transporters Inc has been named a Reader's Choice award winner by Logistics magazine in its annual “Quest for Quality” edition. Now in its 20th year, the “Quest for Quality” survey is a customer-perception study of transportation companies.
The award, viewed by many shippers as the industry's equivalent of the Baldrige Quality Award, is based on a carrier's rating for on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations.
