For the 13th year, Jackson MS-based tank truck carrier Miller Transporters Inc has been named a Readers' Choice award winner by Logistics magazine in its annual Quest for Quality edition. The Quest for Quality survey, marking its 23rd anniversary in 2006, is a customer-perception study of transportation companies.
The award is based on a carrier's rating in the areas of on-time performance, value, information technology, customer service, and equipment and operations. Only carriers that excel in all five areas achieve the Readers' Choice designation.
