MarkWest Energy Partners LP, Denver CO, have acquired Shell's Michigan crude gathering pipline assets, including four tank truck unloading stations. The $21 million acquisition also includes approximately 250 miles of pipelines, associated terminals, and storage tank facilities. The system gathers approximately 16,000 barrels per day of light crude from wells throughout Michigan.
