Management changes at Oiltanking GmbH

As of July 1, 2003, Ton Floors will take over from Wim Lokhorst as managing director of Oiltanking GmbH, an independent storage company for bulk liquids, chemicals, and gases.

After nine years at the helm of Oiltanking GmbH, seven of those on the board of Oiltanking's parent company, Marquard & Bahls AG, Lokhorst will succeed Hellmuth Weisser as chief executive officer of Marquard & Bahls on the same date. After 22 years as CEO, Weisser will become chairman of the supervisory board.

After his studies in the Netherlands and the United States, Floors spent 18 years with Mobil Oil, most recently as CEO of Mobil's films division — Europe, Africa, and Middle East. He then spent five years as senior vice-president with SHV Gas, Paris, France, charged with worldwide logistics and business development in Asia.
