Hoyer sells tank storage terminals

Hoyer GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has sold its tank storage facilities, Tanklager-Gesellschaft TLG, to the British Simon Storage Limited.

Hoyer GmbH, Hamburg, Germany, has sold its tank storage facilities, Tanklager-Gesellschaft TLG, to British Simon Storage Limited.

TLG operates two tank storage plants in Mannheim-Rheinau and in the commercial port of Mannheim, Germany.

Hoyer said that with its new strategy, tank storage activities are no longer part of its core business.

TLG has 134 tanks with a total capacity of approximately 300.000 cubic meters (1.9-million barrels) available.

Products stored include chemicals and mineral oils.

The terminals have loading racks for truck, rail, and tank containers.
