The House of Representatives has approved a bill (HR6203) that would consider additives to bio-based fuels and ultra low sulfur diesel to make them more compatible with existing infrastructures used to store and deliver them.

The legislation also calls for portable, low-cost, and accurate methods and technologies for ULSD and low sulfur diesel testing, a look at problems associated with electrical conductivity, and alternatives to conventional methods for refurbishment and cleaning of gasoline and diesel tanks, including tank lining applications.
