    Otis G Cox Jr has been named the new deputy administrator of the United States Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration

    Otis G Cox Jr has been named the new deputy administrator of the United States Department of Transportation's National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He previously served as public safety coordinator at West Virginia University and as West Virginia's Cabinet secretary for public safety.
