Ventura Transfer Co has named John H McCullough as controller at company headquarters in Long Beach CA. He previously was a consultant to the controller at CDI Torque Products Inc.

Bo Littleton has joined Liquid Transport Corp (LTC) in the newly created capacity of director — sales and operations, Gulf Coast Region. He has experience in operations in both liquid and dry bulk. Rob Snyder has been promoted from manager — Load Planning Center to regional operations manager and is responsible for the Chicago IL, Lafayette IN, Brookville IN, Tiffin OH, Tuscola IL, and Granite City IL terminals. Bob Spring, formerly regional operations manager, is now responsible for Charleston WV, Cincinnati OH, Charleston SC, New Castle DE, and Wheeling WV. Dan Bergfors has been promoted to manager — Load Planning Center. He previously was a load planner in LTC's Indianapolis IN offices.

Ray Maszczak has joined Coal City Cob Co as northeastern United States sales and operations manager at its new Newark NJ facility. He recently served as a logistics management consultant. Joining him is Michael Booker, formerly with Matlack Inc and Quality Distribution.

Cryogenic Transportation (CTI) has named Vernon R Ingham president and chief operating officer. He joins CTI from Air Liquide, where he was director of fleet and logistics for Air Liquide's East Coast industrial gas activities. Rich Ramach, CTI's president for the past two years, is retiring. He previously spent 30 years with Chemical Leaman (now Quality Distribution). CTI has named Matthew D Chasky director of logistics. He comes to the firm from ConocoPhilips, where he served as risk portfolio manager.
