Fleets and terminals

Terry Owen, a trustee of Trimac Income Fund and president and chief executive officer of Trimac Transportation Services Inc, will be leaving Trimac effective Dec 31, 2007, to pursue other interests. He has been associated with Trimac and predecessor companies in senior executive capacities since June 1994. During the rest of 2007, besides his normal duties, Owen will aid in the transition of responsibilities. Jeff McCaig likely will become his successor as CEO, and McCaig will continue as chairman of Trimac Transportation Services.
