FIBA Technologies Inc has teamed up with Indian-based New Field Industrial Equipment Pvt Ltd to manufacture cryogenic equipment and CNG products in India.

FIBA Technologies Inc has teamed up with Indian-based New Field Industrial Equipment Pvt Ltd to manufacture cryogenic equipment and CNG products in India.

The joint venture, FIBA New Field Gas Technology Products Pvt Ltd, will be headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India and operations will commence in March 2011. FIBA and New Field have been working on this venture for more than a year and are close to completing the factory. The company's products will include stationary cryogenic tanks, portable cryogenic tanks, CO2 tanks, vaporizers, pressure vessels, and CNG equipment. The joint venture provides FIBA with direct access to India, a growing consumer of gas containment products. By establishing a physical presence in India, FIBA will be able to better serve its international customers through the joint venture.
