F T Silfies Inc will begin its trial of the OPS-1 Oil Refiner System on several of its 2006 and 2007 Mack Vision trucks.

“We were able to perform several analyses and evaluations in a very short time frame to confirm that the OPS-1 system could save us significant dollars. We run a short to regional operation with multiple trips in a single day, and climbing the hills of central Pennsylvania can be hard on our engines,” said Stephen “Butch” Wolf, director of maintenance for Silfies.

Chris Silfies, regional operations manager, said, “Imagine running a tractor to 100,000 miles without a single oil change. Rhe OPS-1 system allows engines to run with clean oil by eliminating solid and liquid contaminants from engine oil and hydraulic fluid, and this in turn extends the life of engine oil.”
