Emco Wheaton Corp has come out with new products that use its Dry-Break technology. Dry-Break II means improved flow rates, reduced loss at disconnect, and full interchangeability with existing Emco Wheaton units.

Benefits of the J72 adapter include:

  • Enhanced poppet design allows for better flow characteristics in either direction.

  • Lightweight adapter is 5% shorter than the previous style.

  • Forged construction — Brass body and poppet or aluminum body and poppet.

  • Rear-entry design allows for easy field servicing. Highlights of the J72 coupler include:

  • Product loss on disconnect is virtually eliminated.

  • Improved flow characteristics.

  • Easier connection and disconnection from adapter.

  • Coupler has components identical to existing Emco Wheaton units.

  • Serviceable with the Emco Wheaton Repair Kit Program.

  • New black hard coat anodizing.
