Francisco Palacios of Bolivia, also known as Fredy Molina, a driver for Covitta Inc, Lorton VA, pleaded guilty to presenting the counterfeit CDL at a truck scales in Virginia, according to information from the Department of Transportation's Office of the Inspector General (OIG).

Palacios, an illegal alien, was sentenced in US District Court in Alexandria VA to 10 weeks time served in prison and will be deported.
